Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Auto Tab Cleaner and any paid Auto Tab Cleaner Pro subscription.

The service

Auto Tab Cleaner provides browser tab-management features. Features may change as we improve the product. We will not intentionally remove paid access you have already purchased without a valid reason, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Free and Pro features

Some features may be provided free of charge. Pro features require an active paid subscription unless we expressly provide a trial or promotional entitlement.

Subscriptions

Auto Tab Cleaner Pro is planned as a monthly subscription. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically at the price displayed at checkout. You can cancel future renewal at any time using the subscription-management option provided to you. Cancellation does not normally end access immediately; Pro remains available through the paid billing period.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass paid-feature controls, interfere with our infrastructure, use the service unlawfully, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another person's account.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Browser updates, third-party services, security incidents and maintenance can affect operation.

Your browser data

Tab-management actions can change or close browser tabs. We design safeguards and recovery features to reduce accidental loss, but you remain responsible for important information and should not treat open browser tabs as a permanent backup system.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights you have as a consumer. Where these terms conflict with rights that cannot legally be excluded, those statutory rights prevail.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, serious misuse or legal compliance.
